How much laundry can I wash?

All of our packages are priced for up to 20lbs (9 kg) of laundry. For each addtional pound after 20lbs you will be charged $2.72/lb plus tax. Sorry, there are no refunds for orders less than 20lbs (9 kg).

What time is the pick up and drop off?

Our Waikiki laundry pick up and drop offs are between 6PM - 7PM. You will also receive a confirmation email within 24hrs of your pick up.

Do you offer dry cleaning?

No, we only offer wash and fold services. All dry cleaning garments will not be washed and will be returned to the customer.

What does 20lbs of laundry look like?

20lbs of laundry is about 1 week's worth of clothing for two people. While every load may vary, 20lbs could look like 5 pairs of shorts, 2 pairs of jeans, 3 long sleeve shirts, 10 t-shirts, 3 sweatshirts, 14 pairs of undergarments, 14 pairs of socks, and 3 towels.

What days do you pick up and drop off?

We pick up and drop off in Waikiki everyday except Sunday. All of our pick ups are dropped off the following day except for Saturday night pickups. Saturday pick ups are returned Monday evening.

I'm on vacation. Do you pick up at hotels?

Yes! We pick up and drop off from almost every hotel, resort or condo in Waikiki. We recommend leaving your laundry at the bell desk/valet before 5PM the day of pick up. Our pick up times are between 6PM -7PM.

Can I use your service just one time?

Absolutely! No commitments or subscription services required. Simply choose either our Basic or Deluxe package and checkout through our shopping cart.

I fly out tomorrow, can I still get my laundry done?

Maybe. Our pick up and drop off times are between 6PM - 7PM daily. (Saturday Pick ups are retuned Monday evening). We recommend trying to get your laundry in the day before you leave.

What do I put my laundry in?

Just about any bag or bags will work. Even a clean garbage bag will work! We cannot accept boxes or suitcases. Please lable any bags left at your valet/bell or front desk. Our drivers will place your laundry in our own labled and designated bags during pick up.

How will my laundry be returned?

Professionally washed, folded, and in a sealed clear bag. Each delivery is custom labeled and delivered to the same location where it was picked up, including valet/bell and front desks.

I'm on Oahu but not in Waikiki, can I still use your laundry service?

When is my card charged?

Your card will not be charged until your clothes have been picked up and weighed at our commercial laundry facility. All orders start at $55 (plus tax) and each additional pound after 20lbs is charged $2.72/lb (plus tax). Sorry, there are no refunds for orders less than 20lbs (9kg) so fill those bags!

    I would absolutely recommend this service. Pickup and delivery included with a 20# minimum.

    Believe me that the service is fantastic and they respond to text and emails. We had our laundry washed, folded, and delivered in clean bags back to our condo. They even cleaned our shoes!
